Structural Steel Erection & Fabrication
Trip Guard delivers large-tonnage structural steel erection for power plants and industrial facilities, supported by selective fabrication capabilities for specialised structures including pipe racks and Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) ducting. Our core strength is on-site assembly and installation of complex steel structures — ESP enclosures, ash handling systems, auxiliary boiler structures, storage tank structures, and balance of plant equipment frames.
What We Do
Our Approach
On-site Assembly and Installation
Structural steel for power plants, industrial buildings, and process facilities — from individual members through to large modular sections.
Rigging and Heavy Lifting
Crane operations for high-tonnage components including modular sections, trained riggers, and certified lifting procedures.
Sequencing and Coordination
Interface management with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation scopes during plant build to maintain programme.
Safety Inspections and Compliance
Adherence to industry rigging, lifting, and erection standards with documented inspection and compliance records.
Pipe Rack Fabrication
Selective fabrication of pipe racks for industrial process piping infrastructure, delivered end-to-end with on-site erection.
ESP and Flue Gas Duct Fabrication
Fabrication of ESP hoppers and flue gas ductwork for power plant emissions control systems.
Cutting, Welding, and Assembly
Under certified welding procedures (AWS D1.1) with qualified welding personnel and full inspection documentation.
Surface Treatment and Coating
Painting, surface treatment, and modular fabrication where project-specific delivery requires off-site preparation.
