What We Deliver
Mechanical and plant erection is Trip Guard's core engineering capability and the largest single contributor to our project portfolio. Trip Guard specialises in the precision installation of mechanical systems for power plants, oil and gas facilities, and large industrial installations — covering structural steel erection, plant equipment installation, storage tank erection, industrial piping (small bore through to large bore high-pressure alloy systems), and ductwork for emissions control systems.
Our largest single mechanical scope to date — the 2x600MW Matarbari Coal Power Plant in Bangladesh — represented over RM 344 million in contracted value across plant erection, piping, electrical, and supporting works for Toshiba Plant System & Services Corporation. We have also delivered substantial mechanical scope for the 2x1000MW Jimah East Power Plant in Malaysia for TPSC Engineering.
Structural Steel Erection & Fabrication
Large-tonnage on-site erection with selective fabrication for pipe racks, ESP ducting, and supporting structures.
Plant Equipment Installation
Turbines, boilers, heat exchangers, generators, transformers, pumps, compressors, and balance of plant equipment.
Storage Tank Erection
Above-ground (AST) and underground (UST) tanks for petroleum, chemicals, and water.
Industrial Piping
Small and large bore, alloy steel, stainless, GRP/HDPE for low and high-pressure applications.
Ductwork
